1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3.2 Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order request. This confirmation is for your records and does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order. A contract of sale between you and Glavixy is not formed until we have verified payment, confirmed product availability, and shipped the product(s) or otherwise notified you of our acceptance.
3.3 Order Acceptance and Rejection
Glavixy reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify orders at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability; inventory shortages; errors in product or pricing information; payment verification issues; suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity; shipping limitations or restrictions; inability to obtain authorization for your payment method; pricing errors; violation of these Terms of Service; or any other reason we deem appropriate. If your order is cancelled after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
3.4 Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order is submitted and accepted by Glavixy, you may not modify or cancel it unless you contact us immediately at content@glavixy.shop or 7083473956. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations will be possible after order acceptance, particularly if the order has already been processed, packaged, or shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy.
4. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. 6.3 Shipping Address
